On the morning of 13 October 2001, the Khmer Youth League for Democracy Development distributed
gifts of paper, notebooks, and pens to 44 impoverished students who attend schools of higher
education in and around Phnom Penh. The gifts were paid for by donations sent to the Khmer
Institute in support of our sponsorship program. For poor students in Cambodia, every
little bit helps. Your generosity can directly contribute to the academic survival of
these students.
