Just to clarify, the intent of the KI is not to make any personal attacks against Ung. We question the veracity of the contents of her book and condemn anyone who manipulates and distorts facts having to do with such a tragic period in Cambodian history. We believe such an event should be chronicled as honestly and accurately as possible.
